HR Generalist

$55,000-$65,000 DOE
We are looking for an energetic HR Generalist to handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee files across multiple locations.
This role also includes some shared office management duties.
Responsibilities
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, including background checks,
- orientations, and exit interviews.
- Manage full life cycle recruitment for various positions.
- Assist with benefits administration and process monthly insurance billings.
- Maintain HR database, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Monitor compliance with mandatory firm-wide trainings.
- Respond to reference checks, employment verifications, and unemployment
- claims.
- Communicate HR programs clearly and maintain confidentiality.
- Assist HR Director with special projects and perform office management duties.
Requirements :
- College degree preferred or 1-2 years in an HR-related position.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
