CDW is looking for an IT Operations Manager! This is a fully remote contract position slated to last through the end of the year.

Duties :
Daily coordination on work delivery with GCDI / TS / SDC teams.
Ensure the appropriate change control process is followed.
Develop and report out on metrics to GCDI leads on delivery and Sumo health.
Take point as the POC for the services or systems generating the logging.
Validate that TMAs are in place as a reference for the logging regime.
Ensure Risk Registry entries are filed as required by the system or data owners.
Ensure that the design, implementation, and operational documents are created, peer reviewed, and available for the greater GCDI team.
