TITLE : Proofreader, Creative Studio, Brand & Marketing
DURATION : 6 months with a high possibility of extension / conversion

PAY RATE : $40-50 / hr. (W2)
Job Description : We seek a meticulous Proofreader to ensure brand and editorial integrity in a fast-paced environment. The role involves reviewing marketing materials and member communications for grammar, readability, brand consistency, and design accuracy.
This position requires close collaboration with the content development and account management teams within Creative Studio.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proofread marketing and member content for grammar, readability, style, and design consistency.
- Collaborate with account management and creative teams to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
- Use Workfront to update project statuses.
- Stay updated on brand style and terminology.
- Conduct research for fact-checking.
- Maintain writing style guides.
- Handle small writing tasks and attend relevant meetings.
Required Qualifications :
- BA / BS in marketing, business, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proofreading / editing experience in regulated industries (e.g., health plan, insurance, pharmaceuticals).
- Strong relationship-building skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Experience with digital platforms and new marketing technologies.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in health insurance or pharmaceuticals.
- Knowledge of AP style and regulatory compliance in marketing.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and peers.
