Job Details
Clinical Pharmacist
Hours : Monday - Friday 7am to 3 : 30pm with rotating weekend and holiday coverage
Position Details : Clinical Pharmacist position specializing in Leukemia, Lymphoma and Stem Cell Transplant. This position handles all aspects of medication management for leukemia, lymphoma and stem cell transplant patients.
REQUIRED :
Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
Doctor of Pharmacy, OR Master's Degree with completion of a residency in the assigned clinical area or equivalent experience.
Two (2) years previous hospital pharmacy experience.
PREFERRED :
Previous Oncology Pharmacy Experience
Experience in leukemia / lymphoma / stem cell transplant
Board Certification
