We are searching for a Customer Service Representative to become a part of our team based in Delray Beach, Florida, United States.
This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and requires skills in Call Center Customer Service, MS Word, and MS Excel.
Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls consistently
- Initiate electronic communication via email and / or fax
- Manage documents received (electronically and shipped)
- File accounts and schedule account follow-ups
- Initiate appropriate follow-up actions to seek resolution
- Learn and retain company and dealership processes
- Read, analyze, and interpret general business communication
- Present information effectively and respond to questions from all levels of customer management and associates
- Follow established priorities and meet time-sensitive commitments
- Exhibit excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints in a professional, timely, and respectful manner
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- A customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work well in a team and build positive relationships with colleagues
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required
- High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education may be an advantage.
