Retail Sales Professional

We are not looking for prior jewelry sales experience (even, though, we would love it!). If you are a teacher, a real estate professional, an insurance agent, or just love meeting new people and enjoy selling,

then you, most likely, have what it takes to succeed in the jewelry retail industry.

Whatever product knowledge you do not have, we will teach you. We cannot - and would not want to- change your personality, but we would be happy to teach you everything you would need to know

about the jewelry and watches products.

It is an exciting journey into the world of gemstones, precious metals, and jewels.

This is a full-time position but we will consider part-time. 1-2 years of experience luxury retail experience required.

Compensation :

$50,000 to $70,000 annually plus bonus opportunities - full time position

Responsibilities :

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry and luxury timepieces
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and trends in the jewelry industry.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications :

• 1-2 years of experience in retail jewelry or luxury industry sales
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills

Schedule :

Your regular schedule is 5 days a week 40 hours per week. Any time over 40 hours is paid at 1.5 time. Work on at least one weekend day is a must.
