Holman is currently looking for a Marketing Account Executive to join their team!
This person must be located in one of the following cities : Denver, San Diego, Seattle, or Portland, OR
What will you do?
Directly support the Strategic Account Manager team with the planning and maintenance of the business accounts. Be prepared to own individual accounts as a path to develop additional account management responsibilities.
Work directly with Holman businesses to execute against marketing plans in collaboration with central marketing team members.
Act as the liaison between the business and internal and external resources to ensure timely execution.
Create and manage campaign calendars to align with strategic initiatives including targeting, messaging, scheduling and creative.
Collaborate with campaign specialists to monitor campaigns, interpret results, and suggest optimizations to corresponding Strategic Account Manager.
Conduct competitive and industry research to leverage insights to enhance campaigns.
Host regular meetings to communicate updates and recommendations to Strategic Account Managers and Marketing leadership.
Build strong relationships with company leadership and departmental key players, including corporate leadership, business leaders and department managers.
Travel to Holman businesses when appropriate.
Work with Digital team to develop reports and visualizations for Strategic Account Manager to track key performance metrics (KPIs).
Support synergy and connectivity between Holman central services and assigned business units to ensure that campaigns are successful and optimized all the way through the funnel.
Identify best practices and scale successful programs.
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
What are we looking for?
Four-year college degree, preferably in a marketing-related program
3+ years experience in marketing
3+ years experience in a consulting, sales, or account management capacity
