The Project Manager will lead the successful transition of the Kaye Smith acquisition to Exela Technologies, with a primary focus on building and developing the customer service team, refining processes, and procedures, and enhancing client interface.

This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth integration of Kaye Smith's operations into Exela's existing framework. The Project Manager will also be responsible for mentoring a newly hired manager, guiding them through Exela's processes, and working closely with the VP of Operations to support the overall transition strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the transition of Kaye Smith operations into Exela, focusing on customer service, process alignment, and client interface.
  • Build and develop the customer service team, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet the needs of clients and align with Exela's standards.
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures that align Kaye Smith's operations with Exela's existing systems.
  • Mentor and support a newly hired manager, providing guidance on Exela's processes, culture, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Operations to support the overall transition, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all transition-related activities, communicating progress, challenges, and solutions to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all aspects of the transition are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Identify potential risks in the transition process and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction during and after the transition.
