About The Position

This FQHC in Connecticut is an established organization offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Practice Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who enjoys community health and working as part of the coordinated care team.

They would like to speak with APPs with at least 2 years of related experience who will provide primary care services to patients across the lifespan.

Board certification as an FNP or PA and Connecticut license or eligibility are expected.

The new NP / PA will be offered competitive pay, bonuses, excellent benefits including 26 days of PTO and paid Holidays, Retirement with an 8% match, Malpractice with tail, and more.

As an FQHC they also qualify for government loan repayment. A sign-on bonus is negotiable for the right person.
