JobResponsibilities :
- Project Oversight : Manage andoversee the commissioning process for new construction orrenovation projects ensuring systems meet design specifications andfunctional requirements.
- Documentation : Create review and maintain detailed commissioning documentationincluding test plans reports and system manuals.
- Testing andAnalysis : Conduct rigorous testing ofbuilding systems including HVAC electrical plumbing and controlsidentifying and resolving issues.
- Collaboration : Work closelywith project stakeholders engineers architects and contractors toensure seamless integration and functionality ofsystems.
- Troubleshooting : Investigateand troubleshoot system performance issues providing solutions tooptimize efficiency and performance.
- Training andSupport : Provide training to maintenancepersonnel and building operators on system operations andmaintenance procedures.
JobQualifications :
- Active certification as a registered CommissioningAgent
- Bachelors degree
- 5yrs experience incommissioning
- Extensive HVAC and / or controls background
- Knowledge to performinvestigation of Energy Management Control Systems / BuildingAutomation Systems (BAS) and to recommend and implement advancedcontrol strategies
- Proficiency in Cx Alloy or similar Cx software andBluebeam
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
