About the role

As a Facilities / Landscaping Technician, you"ll be the wizard of the grounds, turning them into a masterpiece of play-ready perfection.
From making the facilities look fresher than a morning breeze and fabulously safe, to adding a touch of sparkle to every nook and cranny.
pay rate : $18-$20 / hr
What you"ll do
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and landscaping requirements.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC system maintenance.
- Assist with landscaping duties.
- Maintain all areas safe and clean by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing.
- Monitor and replenish supplies.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for guests and employees.
- Assist with special tasks and projects.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance and landscaping.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques, as well as landscaping principles and practices.
- Ability to operate equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
