Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Facilities Mechanic Apprentice . In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow into a full-fledged Maintenance Technician.

Job Specifications :

• Job Type : Full-time
• Location : Redmond, WA
• Pay Rate : $24.50 to $30+ per hour
• Shift : Flexible

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assist experienced Maintenance Technicians in performing various maintenance tasks
• Learn and develop skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining facilities equipment
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects
• Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications & Skills :

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and train on the job
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and equipment is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from experienced technicians
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor as required
