- HR Operations - overseeing HR team, responsible for hiring an onboarding new hires
- Build and maintain strong functional team through coaching, training, team building, and succession planning
- Strategic Recruitment - create annual recruitment plan for roles within organization

What Do You Need as a the HR Director?
- UKG experience is a PLUS
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- Degree in Human Resources
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
- Ability to travel to Miami once a week
