A Day in the Life Domain Manager, Customer Experience
Western & Southern Financial Group is looking to fill a Domain Manager Customer Experience role as a critical function of our Enterprise team.
This person is responsible for building and implementing our CX strategy across the enterprise with a focus on the development of customer insights that will place the customer central to all activities.
Key responsibilities include the management and reporting of our CX research and Survey programs; the development of storytelling deliverables such as personas and journeys that enhance the customer experience;
and the translation of insights into action with recommendations and support for building end customer-focused solutions.
Candidates should be strategic and critical thinkers with a broad knowledge of various customer touchpoints. Individuals should be collaborative and possess a bias for action.
