Requirements
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Remote Media Buyer / Performance Marketer to join our team. In this fully remote role based in the United States, you will be responsible for planning and executing effective advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to meet and exceed performance objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic media buying plans to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize media spend, targeting, and creative assets for maximum performance and return on investment.
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, and more.
- Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to identify key demographics and behaviors for precise targeting.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital advertising and performance marketing.
- Continuously test and iterate on different ad formats, targeting strategies, and bidding techniques to improve campaign performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and product teams to align on campaign goals and strategies.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and growth within existing campaigns, as well as new advertising channels and partnerships.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in media buying, digital advertising, or performance marketing roles.
- Proven track record of managing successful advertising campaigns with a focus on driving measurable results and ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with A / B testing, campaign optimization, and performance tracking tools across multiple platforms.
- Passion for staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in digital advertising and performance marketing, particularly within Meta, TikTok, and Google ecosystems.
