Monday - Friday 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm
Responsibilities
- Assist other delivery personnel with map reading and routing techniques.
- Confer with customers and team members to resolve questions, problems and requests (. calls from nurses,patients, NOHs, address changes).
- Data Entry (. vehicle maintenance, customer information).
- Facilitate out of town shipments / UPS.
- Report procedural errors and inappropriate behavior to managers.
- Advise team members and coordinate accident protocol / procedures.
- Quality control of same day deliveries (bin transfer).
- Communicate and provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and pharmacy team members, providingfeedback, comments, questions, concerns.
- Exceed quality customer service standards by phone and in person.
Qualifications
- Ability to use OnePoint Patient Care and Microsoft Office computer applications.
- Close attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approachesto problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; good interpersonal skills; ability to work cooperatively andreliably.
- Effectively manages one’s own time.
- Excellent customer relations skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision; remains composed and behaves professionally during stressful situations.
- Flexible work schedule.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service.
