We are seeking a Vending Mechanic for our Landover, MD facility to repair and maintain vending and fountain equipment, both in house and on the street.
Roles and responsibilities include : *Remove old parts and replace with new parts to keep truck inventory current.*Plan day"s calls.
- Order any special parts not kept in truck inventory.*Drive to location, evaluate situation and perform necessary work (may include plumbing, electricity, refrigeration, carpentry).
- After each call, complete paperwork on handheld device, print reports and end of every day.*Perform in house repairs.*Fill out paperwork including serial numbers and parts used.
- Turn in paperwork at the end of every day.*Performs other job-related duties as assigned.EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION : *Equivalent of high school diploma or ;
- OR (2) five years vending mechanic experience.*Basic electricity knowledge.*Basic plumbing knowledge.*Apprentice through Master Grade mechanic;
work depends on skills.*EPA Certification.*Must maintain a valid Driver"s License.*CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement.
- Related training or certification.*Experience working in a team environment.*Office equipment including, but not limited to, computer, phone, fax machine, copier and calculator.
- MS Office including Word and Excel.
