As our nationwide growth accelerates, Lighthouse Studio, West Shore Home’s Digital Product Development team, plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by taking accountability over the inception and execution of ideas that will revolutionize the home remodeling industry.

As a Software Development Manager, you will contribute to this mission by providing software development expertise and guidance, strategic technical direction, fostering transparency, and engagement, and ensuring successful cross-team communication and collaboration.

You will report directly to our Director of Software Development, oversee a team of Developers, and work closely with product managers and other teams.

What You’ll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to :

• Provide software development expertise and guidance for up to four Developers with diverse backgrounds and skills.
• Support the professional development of direct reports.
• Collaborate with the developer leadership team to cultivate an environment where people and products thrive.
• Work as a developer within a collaborative and tight-knit cross functional team using Scrum methodology.
• Design, implement, refactor, and improve our applications by bringing features to life.
