Job Summary
Immediate temporary part-time job position available for 4-6 weeks for administrative assistant / front desk receptionist at Insideout Health & Wellness located in Wenham , Mass.
Insideout is a well-established, growing center serving the health and wellness needs of our local community through alternative therapies.
We are looking for a team-oriented, organized and eager individual to help with front desk, administrative duties and office management.
The ideal candidate would be computer savvy and have prior customer service / hospitality experience. This is a great hands-on opportunity for a organized, efficient person in a healing, professional environment.
24+Hours weekly may vary with additional hours as needed for holidays. Hours needed are tues, thursday and fridays 8 : 45 to close ( approximately 6-7 pm), These hours are fixed.
Responsibilities
- All front desk duties, office management and providing superior customer service
- Answering phones and booking appointments through our POS system
- Taking payments
- Educating clients and answering questions about treatments, modalities
- Providing any customer service as needed for clients and practitioners
- Maintain the aesthetic of the center in terms of light cleaning (vacuuming / sweeping, dusting, and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces)
- Maintain inventory
- Updating the database and maintaining records
- Running errands
- Expand our presence in the community thru social media marketing
- Assisting with other advertising / marketing avenues
- Problem solving in daily operations

Qualifications
- Previous marketing / sales experience desired
- Exceptional communication skills
- Familiarity with common computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe suite
- Experience using Booker POS program desired
