Key Responsibilities and Duties :

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of guiding our clients towards their best state of wellness, leading a team of caregivers with precision and compassion.

• Collaboration Champion : Engage in cross-departmental collaboration, participating in meetings with fellow team members to align our efforts with company objectives .
• Regional Connectivity : Maintain regular contact with other care managers across the region, fostering a network of knowledge and support.
• Team Stewardship : Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and, when necessary, the termination of caregivers within your scope, ensuring our team is built on excellence.
• Versatility : Be prepared to take on other related duties as required , contributing to the dynamic success of our team.

Qualifications :

To excel in this role, you should bring the following qualifications :

• Relevant Experience : Ideally, you'll have 2+ years of experience in home care, showcasing your dedication to exceptional client service.
• Educational Foundation : A high school diploma is required , while a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Administrative Acumen : Demonstrate office and administrative support skills to manage the intricacies of your role.
• Effective Communication : Your excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial in guiding your team and interacting with clients and families.
• Mobility : A reliable vehicle is essential for travel within your designated area.
