Come join our reinvigorated Brio and Bravo brands as we go back-to-basics to offer our creative, made-to-order menu with light and fresh ingredients that we all know and love across all of our premier restaurant locations now lead by the restaurant group that successfully restored the identity and operational excellence of the iconic Italian restaurant brands of Buca di Beppo and Bertucci’s!The Bartender is responsible for the preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items to guests, courteously, and efficiently in accordance with company standards.

Assists in the maintenance of the bar area equipment via opening and closing checklists. Directs, implements and maintains a philosophy congruent with Company culture, which services as a guide to all staff members.

Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines. Facilitates a professional and ethical manner that is beyond reproach.

Ensures compliance when determining potentially intoxicated guests per Company standards and procedures. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies and procedures and service standards.

Ensure proper documentation for all accidents and incidents per Company policies and procedures. Maintain complete knowledge of all alcoholic menu items, liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic selections, and daily specials.

Maintain complete knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink. Maintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated patrons, and driving while under the influence.

Maintain complete knowledge of bar setups, hours of operation, drink prices, and menu items. Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor inventories available.

Maintain complete knowledge of property layouts, table / seat / station numbers, proper table setups, room capacity, hours of operation, price ranges, and dress codes.

Greet guests and take orders utilizing suggestive selling and upselling techniques. Prepare guest checks and process credit cards while adhering to all cash handling and credit card procedures.

Additional Info

Two years experience and / or training (mixology, liquor, and food service); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
