Seacrest Post-Acute Care Center is a premier 5-star rated Skilled Nursing Facility whose reputation for quality service and outstanding patient care is widely known throughout the South Bay region.
We have been serving the community for over 50 years providing compassionate and personal care 24 hours a day. We specialize in providing post-acute rehabilitation services on-site to help our residents regain their independence and return to their homes.

Seacrest is located 5 minutes from the scenic Palos Verdes and is a neighbor to Lomita, Torrance, Harbor City, and Long Beach.

We need team members who provide assistance to co-workers and promote teamwork by sharing information useful to achieving desired results.
Job Type : Full-time
Responsibilities :
- Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, and discharge planners to maintain and develop referral relationships.
- Work with the Admissions department to meet short-term and long-range census goals.
- Create, manage and monitor new business development plans
- Communicate with SNF Administrators to be abreast of policies affecting Admissions and finances.
Requirements :
- Prior Marketing experience for Skilled Nursing Facilities - a must
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid insurance systems.
- Knowledge of Healthcare and Hospital systems, especially in the South Bay region.
