Prior experience in clinical social work
Competency with digital tools (e.g. zoom) for communication, coaching / mentoring, and documentation Desired Qualifications Experience coaching / mentoring new or aspiring social workers
Experience with social work field instruction and supervision
Ability to challenge and assist students with increasing insight in needed areas of improvement within their internship
