Job Details :

We are seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled IT Program Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position that will require you to manage and oversee our IT projects, ensuring they align with our business goals and meet customer needs.

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of these projects, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance.

Your role will also involve working closely with various stakeholders, including project teams, senior management, and external vendors.

Responsibilities :

As an IT Program Manager your major responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

1. Overseeing all aspects of IT projects, including planning, design, development, deployment, and maintenance.

2. Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

3. Managing project risks and issues, and developing risk mitigation strategies.

4. Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.

5. Leading the design and implementation of IT strategies and architectures.

6. Utilizing Salesforce and Azure to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

7. Implementing process optimization strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

8. Conducting regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.

9. Providing regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues.

10. Managing relationships with external vendors and service providers.

Qualifications :

To be considered for the IT Program Manager position, you must have :

1. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree will be an added advantage.

2. A minimum of 15 years of experience in IT project or program management, preferably in the FinTech industry

3. Proven experience with Salesforce and Azure.

4. Strong knowledge of IT project management methodologies and tools.

5. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.

6. Strong leadership and team management skills.

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

8. Proven experience in process optimization and improvement.

9. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is required.
