Job Description
The Warehouse Lead is responsible to support the Warehouse Supervisor as he / she manages all aspects of warehouse floor operations.

General Accountabilities include :
- Directing the Work Activities of Warehouse Employees
- Provide Input on Disciplinary Issues
- Training of Employees
- Controlling Housekeeping Activity
- Monitor & Implement Inventory Control
- Insure Food Safety & GMP’s are Adhered to by Staff
- Assist with Required Documentation
- Expected to Work Additional Shift to Cover other Lead’s Vacations & PTO
- Expected to Help Cover for the Supervisors’ Vacations & PTO
- Perform Regular Warehouse Duties When Time Allows
- Other duties as assigned by management
Skills Required :
- Positive Attitude
- Basic Computer & Math Skills
- Ability to Read / Write in English
- Ability to Follow & Give Instructions Effectively
- Ability to Function & Lead Effectively in a Team & Fast Paced Environment
- Ability to Work with Different Levels of Management
Prerequisites :
- High School Diploma ( or equivalent)
- Experience Operating Forklift or Pallet Jacks (preferred)
- Previous Experience with RF Controlled Inventory Systems
- Previous Experience Handling Food Products (a plus)
