Location : Onalaska, WI

Schedule : Monday Friday; an average of 55 hours / week

Salary : $22.00 / hour

Purpose & Summary :

The Class A CDL Driver is responsible for the safe and timely pickup and delivery of freight, while maintaining compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Our Drivers are also ambassadors of Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, and provide exceptional customer service on all of their trips and interactions with our industry partners.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include :

  • Driving
  • Picking up and delivering product as assigned
  • Completing required documentation and paperwork
  • Communicating with dispatch
  • Assisting with some unloading and loading of trailers

Requirements :

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Must be eligible to drive commercially, hold a Class A CDL, and have a satisfactory driving record.

Skills :

  • Strong navigational skills using maps and GPS units
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Clear communication and active listening

Abilities :

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Highly focused for extended periods of time
  • Able to lift 50-100 lbs
  • Comfortable sitting for up to 6 hours a day consistently
  • Comfortable occasionally sitting up to 11 hours in a day

Preferred Qualifications :

A year or more of commercial driving experience and a forklift certification is a bonus!
