Discover impactful work in the scientist I role on our process development team. You will be exposed to an outstanding variety of cell types and bioreactor operating experiences.
Working with a team, you will modify and implement study plans, assemble data, and assess workflows with a focus on teamwork and continuous process improvement.
A day in the life :
- Cell culture pre-work : collaborate on study plan and DOE generation, formulating medium and feeds, cell banking, passaging, and sample analysis
- Bioreactor setup and cleanup : building line sets, autoclave operation, sensor management, loading control profiles, cleaning and coordinating parts and laboratory space
- Bioreactor operation and management : operating controllers, troubleshooting behavior, and processing samples
- Being part of a team : strong communication with collaborating teams
- Crafting meaningful results : log information and actions, help generate reports, provide insight on collected data
- Finding a better way : research and drive innovation to continuously improve workflows and capabilities
