The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) works hand in hand with the Director of Nursing to maintain the efficiency and cohesion of the nursing team and to raise the quality of service and level of care provided to the residents.
In the absence of the Director of Nursing, the ADON is responsible for overseeing the entire team and maintaining the quality of care as well as exceptional customer service, all in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth at the local, state, or federal level.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated team player, who is able to multitask, works well in stressful situations, and has a positive outlook.
We require candidates to have an active RN license as well as previous ADON or UM experience.
