Position Summary :
As an Associate Attorney, you will play a crucial role in representing clients in personal injury cases, with a focus on plaintiff work involving car and truck accidents.
This position offers a collaborative environment where you can leverage your skills and grow your legal expertise.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in personal injury cases, primarily involving vehicle accidents.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare cases for trial.
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
- Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
- Maintain organization and attention to detail throughout the legal process.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Current member of the State Bar of Texas or Georgia.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law.
- Experience with trucking cases is a bonus but not required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Compensation and Benefits :
- Competitive Base salary ranging from $135k to $185k / year depending on experience.
- Bonus structure : Earn 2-8% per settled case with some flexibility based on individual performance.
- Comprehensive benefits package, covering 75% of costs after 60 days.
- Relocation assistance available for candidates willing to relocate.
