The incumbent coordinates all aspects of the supply chain, including planning, sourcing, delivery and disposal.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Job Functions :
- Stay informed of all technical changes and upgrades to standard Supply Chain Management (SCM) data systems to include facilitating training and migration to new information systems.
- Plan, develop, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the personnel, operations and budget for all supply chain activities.
- Develop analytics, systems and data management capabilities, including performance metrics to track KPI’s, and submit weekly / monthly reports.
- Manage / coordinate operations planning process including; supply / demand forecasting, inventory management, and on time delivery.
- Develop annual plans with prioritization and resourcing for labor / materials for short- and long-range utilization plans.
- Develop and / or participate in the development of the supply chain strategy for the organization.
- Identify and manage risk within the supply chain through partnering with quality control department.
- Establish key performance indicators, monitor ongoing performance, and improve performance against set goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Mandatory :
- Minimum of ten (10) years AF Materiel Management experience.
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a Secret Security clearance.
- Ability to acquire and maintain government identification / common access card.
- Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations.
- Valid Alabama state Driver’s License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position.
- Ability to successfully pass any background checks and / or drug testing required on the contract.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain access to U.S. Government Installations through the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS).
