Now Hiring : Floor Tech (Full-time)
Responsibilities Floor Tech :
- Perform floor maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Strip, wax, and buff floors to maintain their appearance and durability.
- Inspect and repair floor surfaces for damages or irregularities.
- Operate floor cleaning equipment, including buffers and carpet cleaners.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Mix and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety protocols.
- Move furniture and other objects to access areas that require cleaning.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Qualifications Floor Tech :
- Previous LTC / SNF experience preferred as a floor tech
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
