POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Senior Technology Expert : Minimum of 10 years of experience with a wide-ranging technical background, see current set-up below.
- Team Management : Proven experience working with both small and large teams.
- Current team size : 6, with plans for future expansion.
- Leadership & Hands-on Development : Capable of managing delivery while being hands-on with code development as needed not just a managerial role.
- Work Environment : Full-time position with flexibility for both onsite and remote work.
- Compensation : Opportunity to work for equity.
