Job Description Summary
This position performs a wide variety of administrative and technical duties in support of the Supply Chain Training Center.
This position serves as the initial point of contact for inquiries and facilitates the course enrollment process for prospective students.
Responsibilities also include ordering of materials, knowledge of internal and external platforms related to our registration systems, and collection of student information.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Primary point of contact for all inquiries via phone, email or web and gather necessary information for the registration process.
- Ordering / securing materials for participants.
- Manage customer service issues in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Compile enrollment data and other information to support decision making.
- Assist with promotional efforts of products including social media channels, website, and national conference attendance.
- Create end-user documentation and participate in system testing as needed.
- Evaluate internal as well as external systems / processes to maintain efficiency.
- Maintain basic information in course Blackboard shells (dates, instructor info, etc.).
- Order supplies and materials as needed.
- Other duties as needed to support the operations of the Training Center.
SECONDARY JOB FUNCTIONS
- Serves as initial point of contact for communications with multiple constituent groups.
- Assure that all sensitive materials are kept confidential.
- Serve as relief person and support other team members when needed.
- Limited travel may be involved.
