Job Description
Our recruiting firm is partnering with a pharmaceutical company in Boca Raton to find them an AP Specialist. This is a well-established company looking for someone eager to contribute to an organization and work within a team environment.
This is an hourly position with a range between $25-$29 per hour. In addition, a full book of benefits are offered. The organization also offers a modern, safe work campus environment.
Job Summary
- Receive and process 50+ invoices daily using 3-way-match
- Enter invoice information into the general ledger
- Issue payments via ACH and wires and occasionally via paper checks
- Maintain and grow vendor relationships
- Support month-end with any needed reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience handling AP duties
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
- SAP experience required
- 100% onsite position
