Spa Associate Daily Job Duties :

Provide Exceptional customer service and build relationships
Educate on memberships and our extensive menu of services don’t worry, we will
train you!
Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and services to clients
Uphold our spa cleanliness standards
Answer phone, schedule appointments and file documents
Bring a positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn!
Perform other duties as requested

Spa Associates are not required to go to massage school, we offer the sponsorship as a career advancement opportunity only.

All training is via a 3rd party school not affiliated with our location. Hand & Stone South Philadelphia provides scholarships and job

opportunities only which will be paid out over 2 years upon licensure and employment at the Hand & Stone of South Philadelphia.
