Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite / InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop required.
- Familiarity in Canva & Hootsuite, video editing, and motion graphics tools preferred.
- Understanding of social media formats and best practices.
- Ability to multi-task required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and receive feedback.
- Strong visual aesthetic and a keen eye for balance, readability, and composition.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to handle high volume of projects accurately and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of layout, typography, and brand guidelines.
- Ability to create engaging and shareable content.
- Ability to take briefs and follow creative direction.
- Comfortable working on digital, social, and basic print assets.

Primary Purpose :
In this position, the Graphic Designer will have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of brands and products.Major Responsibilities :
Design and produce various types of social media content, such as event graphics, product photos, and shareable reels.Work closely with graphics manager in creating engaging branded graphics used across a wide range of media.Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines, color palettes, and overall aesthetic.Work closely with marketing teams and senior designers to understand project briefs and incorporate feedback into designs.Understand the specific formats, safe zones, and best practices for different social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva to create digital assets.Develop skills in basic video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Instgram Edits, Canva) and motion graphics for reels, stories and posts.Position will be 40 hours per week in our Dallas design district office.Travel is involved as there are several out-of-town markets and trade shows.Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics or other data reporting software a plus At the very least, a willingness to learn.Physical Requirements :
