A fast-growing investor-developer platform in the digital infrastructure space is seeking a Vice President to join their investment and strategy group in Denver,CO.

The position is for a VP in their Investment and Strategy which is a hybrid investing and operating role in a lean team, where you would be leading and negotiating deals frequently.
Experience :
- 6+ years of experience at an investment bank, private equity / venture capital, management corporate development / finance
- Experience leading transaction execution, defending thesis and mentoring junior team
- Preferred background in digital infrastructure, real estate, utility, or industrial industries
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, Computer Science, or related degree.
