Now hiring for an Indianapolis Part-time HR Generalist.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee HR plans, policies, and procedures in support of the company
- Audit, track, and retain all personnel files to ensure compliance
- Managed full-cycle recruitment process including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, reference checks, and more
- Support operations in the administration of payroll and benefits
- Assist with onboarding and off-boarding of employees
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
- 3-5+ years of HR related experience required
- Profiecent in Microsoft Office
- Experience using Paycor highly preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish-English or Haitian-Creole-English preferred
This position is in office, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9am-3pm.
