The Social Media Coordinator will attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and network users ultimately achieving superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic, and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.
This position will develop original content and recommend creative ways to test and learn, expand channel tactics, attract more customers and promote the company’s brand.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Nurture strong industry network, increase awareness, and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication and media.
- Build and execute social media channel strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience persona identification.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data / metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Measure web traffic and monitor SEO.
- Research audience preferences and discover current trends.
- Create engaging text, image and video content.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
- Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries.
- Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans.
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
- Develop and execute social media strategies for B2B and B2C audiences across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create compelling content (text, video, and imagery) tailored to each platform and audience.
- Lead paid social campaigns and boost organic content to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Provide campaign performance metrics and data driven recommendations.
- Regularly track and report on key performance metrics (KPMs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, lead generation, and ROI across campaigns.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo / video / text), presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
- Preferred experience with B to C and B to B digital marketing across different social media platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.

- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to juggle many tasks, move forward in ambiguous situations, and adhere to deadlines in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of social media experience.
