We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to assist our Marketing department with print advertising project management for property sales data and auctions.

SUMMARY :

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for assisting the marketing department in all areas of Marketing. This includes, but not limited to printing, advertisements, and designing marketing content.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Project management of all print advertisements, including display and print ads for real estate sales and auctions.

Maintain marketing job submission processOrganize and enter the marketing requisition content consisting of property sales data and auction detailsProvide extensive communication - collaborate with team members, vendors and other company employeesCoordinate with accounting to approve the advertising placementsSubmit the advertising placements based on deadlines and requirements for individual newspaper publications across the countryProof and verify the placements were posted

Provide day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department printers, printing and mailing processes.Layout and design company marketing collateral, including business line specific sales content

Brochures, fliers, postcards, proposals and presentations

Back-up assistance for production and placement of advertising, press releases, written (print)Other duties as assignedSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.QUALIFICATIONS

Associates Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; or 4 years of marketing, communications or related experience in lieu of an Associates Degree.

1+ year of experience in marketing / advertising, and / or designBeginner Adobe Creative Cloud experiencePHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT :

Continually required to sit, talk / hear and utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read a computer monitor and use a keyboardOccasionally required to lift / push / carry items less than 35 poundsOccasionally (5%) travel within specified region to attend company / industry functions as requiredCOMPETENCIES :
