Description :

Will be working as an inbound or outbound Sales Consultant. Must be flexible for either and able to pivot when needed. The outbound roles will be working on an appointment basis.

The Lead Developers will schedule meetings for them, and these Sales Consultants are making outbound calls on these leads.

These consultants are going on these meetings set for them in efforts of selling full ecosystem of products. In charge of full sale from start to close.

The inbound position will have leads calling into them and will be responsible for sale from discovery call to close.

Be available to consult with small business owners who are inquiring about products

  • Gain a thorough understanding of the customer’s small business operations, needs, challenges and goals
  • Recommend the right solutions based on need across the ecosystem and reinforce the value proposition
  • Create an engaging and delightful experience resulting in new customer acquisition and / or ecosystem attach
  • Consistently meet defined key performance productivity and sales metrics

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

Can truly have that deep level sales conversation specifically around merchant service products, inbound and outbound. Can have a deep business consultation and merchant industry knowledge and expertise, business acumen is a huge one

Sales experience is a must. IDEAL candidate has software sales. They must have consultative sales experience dealing with tech or small businesses.

Anywhere they have worked with the call flow chart and closed the sale.

NO TIME OFF IN FIRST 5 WEEKS

The candidate they want can have a natural flowing conversation with confidence, represent our values, adaptability, be able to sell and speak to end to end ecosystem of ours

Computer literacy, must be proficient in technology will vet during interview

At minimum articulate what the cloud means to them bare minimum technology question
