This role requires a high degree of flexibility and a quick response time to ensure the smooth running of our services. As an AV Engineer, your primary role will be within AV, wherVC Team, you'll be responsible for managing the conference room AV experience.
We strive to improve user experience in collaboration, communication and productivity by identifying the AV needs of users, proactively testing new technological solutions, and monitoring / interpreting ticket data to find and reduce friction.
We then provide tools, guidance and support to ensure the best experience. We value quick adaptation to new technologies and the ability to implement them swiftly and efficiently.
You will also work cross-functionally within AV Events, which includes managing the setup, support, and teardown of AV equipment and coordinating with external vendors as necessary.
