We invite you to apply for our open Remote Sales Manager position with Kalahari Resort & Conventions in Spotsylvania County, Virginia .

Reporting to the property Director of Sales, this position must be based within commuting distance to Richmond, Virginia.

Your primary objective is to solicit, develop, and maintain accounts in that geographic region through direct sales efforts, while ensuring that budgeted financial results are achieved and exceeded.

This position will be remote, with frequent travel to the resort upon opening.

Required Qualifications :

• At least four years' hotel sales experience is desired, with proven success in prospecting, developing, and closing group business
• Previous experience selling hotel group room nights in Richmond, Virginia is required, including current relationships and a track record of established business and accounts in that market.
