Our client is looking to hire a Shipping Clerk to join their team in Langhorne, PA!
Must Haves :
- 3-5 years + as a shipping clerk / warehouse worker or similar role
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipping software
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties :
- Process and package orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all necessary shipping documents are prepared and attached to each package.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with various departments, such as sales, production, and customer service, to ensure all orders are processed efficiently.
- Communicate with customers and external vendors regarding order status and shipment tracking information.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments in compliance with company policies.
- Inspect and report on any signs of damage or discrepancies in shipment materials.
- Operate heavy machinery, such as a forklift, to move large and heavy inventory.
Monday-Friday, 1st shift
Pay : $20-$24 / hr
