Job Description :
- You will work with our internal stakeholders create and manage global content syndication campaigns and email initiatives to drive high-quality leads and pipeline growth across all market segments.
- You will build a continuous test and learn culture, mining campaign performance insights to drive increased campaign performance.
What You will Do
- Plan and manage content syndication campaigns across multiple vendors; optimize asset selection, report on full-funnel KPIs.
- Create new and monitor existing email nurture campaigns within Marketo. Work cross-functionally with product marketing teams to define content strategy and messaging
- Develop email campaigns, including monthly Spring database newsletters, event and asset promotional emails as needed.
- Support with creation of Marketo and Salesforce campaigns (especially for Ads, CS, and website assets).
- Partner with marketing operations to ensure that all aspects related to the email deployment are optimized and launched correctly.
- Analyze and report on campaign and program performance and optimization.
- Liaise with finance team to help manage the team budget, open POs, and support with quarterly invoicing.
Required Skills : Qualifications 3 years in B2B marketing with experience in owning, developing, and optimizing nurture programs using marketing automation technology.
Intermediate to advanced email marketing experience, with an affinity for learning new technologies, products, and systems quickly.
Experience working in Marketo and Salesforce. Robust analytical skills ? can digest large amounts of data, identify significant trends, ask the most important questions, and take action.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks, drive projects to completion, gain buy-in from stakeholders, and prioritize work to deliver to goals.
Experience managing Drift Email / Chat is a plus Self-starter, reliable team player with strong initiative and the ability to thrive in a high-intensity environment.
