This position is a growth position. We will be hiring you as a Lead Installing Technician in training . Besides hands on training on the job, you will also have 4 paid training days .

You have direct input on where those days are spent. We want to see you win. If you win, we win.

The ideal candidate for this position would :

Have impeccable integrity. If your friends can't say they trust you 100%; Don't Apply!

Be reliable. We understand life happens, but you need to show up for work always.

Have reliable transportation. If you don't have your own vehicle, please don't apply.

Be able and willing to crawl into tight, dirty spaces in high heat environments. Be comfortable working on a ladder and at tall heights.

Be able and willing to lift heavy items and use tools as necessary.

Be an excellent communicator. A consistent effort to communicate in English is a must.

Be motivated to excel in this field. If you would be happy making $18 / hr for life, don't apply. We want you to grow and make more money, be mechanically inclined or have some experience in the trade industry.

Have at least 3 years experience in the construction field.

Definitely pass a background check and likely have a good driving record.

Have basic hand tools- but the more relevant tools you have, the more we pay.

Definitely live in the Riverside / Corona Area (or very close) or live in the Lake Arrowhead area, or very close

Complete a letter of introduction answering the question "Where do you see yourself in 1 year from now?"

Expected Schedule : 30 to 60 hours per week, as the season allows. Monday through Friday, some Saturdays (as needed).

Salary : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Experience : HVAC : 3 years (Preferred)

License / Certification : EPA Type II (Preferred)
