Our client is currently seeking a Tableau Developer- Portland OR - Hybrid - W2 Only (No C2C)
Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience designing and developing data visualizations in a secure, big data, corporate environment.
Data science and / or web analytics background is a plus.
- Extensive experience building Visualizations in Tableau, as well as using Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop to design visualizations using external data sources
- Strong SQL skills, Spark SQL on Hadoop a plus.
- Solid foundation in descriptive and predictive stats, and ability to analyze large data sets using Python or R.
- Experience using JS frontend frameworks like React or Node, and experience programming dynamic / reactive data visualizations in languages like D3, HighCharts, or similar.
- This is a hybrid role which means you may work remotely two days per week, but must be present in the office three days per week, on average.
