Job Overview : West Texas Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and enhance our community presence.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship-building skills, a flair for content development, and a proven track record in managing all platforms of advertising campaigns and community development.
This includes, but is not limited to, developing and nurturing physician relationships and other referral sources, marketing to businesses and individuals, and assisting staff in establishing relationships within our referral community.
This individual will identify opportunities for telling the Rehab Story through patients, staff, and services / programs specifically highlighting the great things happening every day.
This role requires a collaborative leader who can work within a diverse team and is passionate about advancing the mission of West Texas Rehab.
This position requires the ability to work independently and to prioritize day to day responsibilities; outgoing personality, assertiveness, the ability to deal with people in a variety of settings with varied educational and clinical backgrounds;
and effective verbal and written communication skills. Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the goals and mission of West Texas Rehab.
Create compelling content across multiple platforms, including written, visual, and multimedia formats, to engage the community and increase awareness of West Texas Rehabs services and programs.
Large emphasis on the ability to write captivating stories and appeals that capture patient experience.Build and maintain strong relationships with area referral sources, businesses, and the public to promote West Texas Rehab's services and programs which will ultimately increase patient volume.
Coordinate with local media outlets for press releases, interviews, and event promotion.Work closely with a diverse team of professionals across various departments.
Collaborates internally with Communications, Donor Relations, Foundation, Human Resources, and Information Technology to ensure consistent messaging and branding throughout the organization.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes. Analyze referral trends and identify opportunities to increase referrals.
Develop and manage marketing budgets annually.Coordinates special events designed to increase awareness and utilization of West Texas Rehab services and programs.
Facilitate tours of clinical departments to promote awareness of all programs / services.Performs other responsibilities as assigned.
This position requires endurance to perform tasks over long periods of work hours and the ability to perform essential functions without posing a "direct threat" in the workplace.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
