Salesforce Administrator / Project Manager

The Salesforce Administrator / Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining an audit mindset , continually identifying areas of improvement
- Gather business requirements for Salesforce implementation and assist with design and components
- Involved in Salesforce setup activities, customization of apps to match the functional needs of the business.
- Develop various Custom Objects, Tabs, Entity-Relationship data model, validation rules, Components and Visual force Pages.
- Create workflow rules and define related tasks, including time-triggered tasks, email alerts, and updates.
- Salesforce platform maintenance
- Will monitor and evaluate staff performance in Salesforce and coach through areas of inefficiencies
- Ongoing cross-functional collaboration and streamlining of procedures
- Forecast analysis and ad hoc reporting to support decision-making
- Involved in Salesforce setup activities, customization of apps to match the functional needs of the business.
