Director, Project Controls PE-backed owner / operator Dallas
We are working with a leading PE-backed developer / owner / operator of CRE infrastructure that is actively seeking a Director of Project Controls to join their fast-paced Finance team, and support growth across their multibillion-dollar portfolio of diversified real estate holdings (US and international).
Reporting directly to the CIO, and working cross functionally with the Construction and Development teams, this individual will be responsible for providing high-level support in the areas of forecasting, budget costs, risk, and financial analysis for the entire project development pipeline.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, construction development practices, and project management.

Experience :
- 10 -15 years of progressive CRE development experience in an institutional environment, ideally for a large operator or GC
- BS / BA in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related major, from top-tier university
- International experience is a plus
- Experience working in cross functional environments, as well as managing relationships with external sponsors
